Terms and Conditions


By purchasing items from G's Strings N Things, the buyer has agreed to full compliance of the terms and conditions that are set out by G's Strings N Things.


Delivery Times

All orders are only dispatched once confirmation of payment has been received.

Delivery will be attempted between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, unless otherwise arranged.

Please be aware that we are occasionally required to make additional checks on your payment or address details and this may delay your order.

Delivery Conditions

A signature is required for all deliveries. Please note that we will not leave goods ‘safe’ or ‘hidden’.

If you cannot be present to sign for the delivery, please remember that you can specify an alternative delivery address (eg. office or family member) at the time of ordering. If you are requesting the goods be delivered to your work address, please ensure you include the business name. You may be required to confirm these details and, if so, a member of the company will attempt to contact you by phone or email.

Goods can only be signed for by a neighbour if we receive specific instruction from you authorising us to do so.

We can't be held responsible for delayed orders due to circumstances out of our control (eg. strikes, disasters, etc). When these unforeseen events do occur, we would appreciate your patience and will do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If the delivery attempts of the courier are unsuccessful, they will advise of the attempted delivery and try a further attempt to complete the delivery.

They will then hold the goods at their local depot for five working days to allow you to arrange collection of the order. Should there be no attempt by you to collect the order, it will be returned. If we then receive no contact from you regarding this order within a further five days, the goods will be returned.

Should you wish any further delivery attempts, authorise that goods are left with a neighbour, or change the delivery address once the order has been despatched, please email info@gstrings.co.za with the order number/consignment reference and the relevant details. Please note that re-direction of consignments and any additional delivery attempts are solely at the discretion of G’s Strings N Things. Authorisation may not always be given and may incur a fee.

Returns

You have fourteen (14) days to return an item to us, however, please contact us at info@gstrings.co.za to receive confirmation from us before returning the item.

Our returns policy is at our discretion only. Your item must not have been used, and must be returned in exactly the same condition (including other contents) as it was delivered to you. We will not pay for the item to be delivered back to us, this is your responsibility, and nor do we refund the original transport cost.

Warranty
Due to the nature of the game, rackets are not under guarantee for breakages including frames and strings.
